In the tasting our Prosecco Extra Dry Millesimato DOC Treviso and Brut DOC Treviso were evaluated.
A bright yellow Millesimato Extra Dry with a lively perlage, characterized to the nose by sensations of freshness due to the presence of fruity notes of lemon and mint of medium intensity. On the palate with a fruity yellow heart, beautiful fusion, the perlage is well integrated, juicy finish.
Brut Doc Treviso has a brilliant straw yellow color with some greenish reflections, the scent is pleasant, fruity with good intensity. The taste is fresh and the palate is pleasant and harmonious.
