WHITE SPARKLING WINE
La Cuvée and La Prima Cuvèe represented a white sparkling wine with a brilliant straw yellow colour with greenish reflects. Selection of white grape varieties, they are produced by Charmat method, through the fermentation of the must inside steel autoclaves. The result is a fresh and soft sparkling wine, suitable for different dishes.
Col Fondo
“Col Fondo” Brut Nature born from the desire to rediscover traditional method, through a more accurate selection of grapes. First fermentation occurs inside steel tanks at controlled temperature with indigenous yeasts (natural from the grapes). The wine is made following the classic method using in-bottle refermentation without dègorgement, showing turbid and with hints of lychee and bread crust. The natural yeasts that remain indicate that the wine is genuine and healthy. Fine and delicate bubble, dry to the palate slightly sapid with varietal characters of apple and pear, white peach and white mint.
